I paid about $800 for a near complete Excel Takasago setup for my 2009. I don't know about ProWheels quality. I do know that the spokes and rotor are top quality.

I would not run Diablo's. The best tire to run is a supermoto specific tire, like the ContiForce SM tires. However the Diablo may last longer.

Also how many teeth are on the rear sprocket?

Stock steel Rear Sprocket,I seems to do ok with the 17 inch rims .
I added two teeth on my dirt tires

With the smaller wheels I decided to go to 39 teeth in the back to keep highway rpms down. So did you decide on a price for the set? Braking Rotor's are really nice as are the spokes.
