Just wondering how much the speedo fixer costs and how difficult it is to install? Besides the wheels, the speedo fixer and the rear sprocket are the only things I want to change when jumping from s to sf. I am cool with the smaller rotors for all the street riding that I do. Any part #?

My 17" rim locks up easy enough with the S rotor.... i think i'll be fine.

Well, here she is, all dressed in S & M. Loving the new feel on tight twisty mountain roads. Tried various gearing and found a 15 front sprocket works well with the standard 42 rear sprocket, for my application. There are very few long straights to get over 120Km/h, so its all about acceleration, blasting out of tight turns and hill climbing.
I am loving it, as well as the new mix, n match colour scheme, all thanks to JoelThailand for the input. Now for 331 kit. Wildcard, can you give some feedback on the Pro Cycle kit you are using?

I could feel no major differences in stopping power using the larger rotors. I installed the SF rotor and it looks good, but no actual benefits, so for ease of conversion I would suggest just using the original S setup.
Bear in mind the caliper, pads, hoses etc are all the same. So when you squeeze the lever, you are still squeezing the same pad surface area. Why the big rotor?? Looks cool.

Mine is 300. I have a 331 kit in the pipeline. You will need an after market piggyback controler. I am using the EJK from Dobek performance. Please note the 250 EJK will not work. Needs to be reprogrammed by Matt Stoken of Dobek performance.
You can find them on the Dobek website with tutorials on how to tune it. Very easy plug and play.

I have 2 spare units, one for a 250 and 1 for big bore kit, reprogrammed, at 150 USD if you are interested.

Alternativly you can use a Power Commander. JoelThailand is an expert on this one tho.

I ordered the reprogramed unit for the 331 from Dobeck. I then ordered another as the first was misplaced in transit, so ended up with 2 units, as the first order showed up. I installed a 300 kit from Kawasaki as my brother works at Kawasaki AUstralia and sent me a set at cost. The EJK has 3 buttons to set the amount of gas flow from injectors, and two to move switch points. ( Check the website tutorial)
I am running my unit on the first few settings as it is only 300cc, and still have plenty of room to increase gas flow when I install the 331 kit.
The standard 250 unit I have as well, barely flows enough gas for the 300. I did mange to use it at first while waiting for the reprogrammed unit, but with a lot of decel popping and hesitation.
So yes, the spare I have will work on the 331, with room to spare, according to my experience and the tech guy at Dobek.

Give me your physical adress in Sumatra and I can get a couple of quotes. Our postal services are pretty sharp here with airfreight. Goes to Dubai, then tranships worldwide.
Payment via Paypal or Cashplus, bank to bank. We can sort that out later. Lets get a quote for shipping first. For ease of comms use my e mail graham@eckzn.co.za.
