SUMO conversion
I have purchased a new set of SF rims along with brake rotors and sprockets.
In addition I ordered the Caliper holder to allow for the larger SF rotor.
I have the shortened side stand as well as all the sprocket and caliper bolts
I want to make sure I have everything I need while waiting for the tires to arrive.
Question, what else do I need such as wheel spacers etc ? Anyone done this conversion and can assist with additional items I may have overlooked?

i just picked up s wheelset...replaced the rotors and sprocket with same sf specs...i would think if you had the s, you can easily pick up a used sf wheelset and just swap out the rotors and sprocket with s spec...

thats what i did, you really need the SF sprocket on the back though as the gearing differences are pretty dramatic.

I was a bit concerned about spacers for the axles. Are these all the same on both S and SF hubs?
#7
yes the axles are the same as the hubs are identical (besides color).

Front mudguard on the SF is smaller and more aggresive looking for the 17 Inch wheel as well. List keeps adding.
Will post pics and let you know how it worked as soon as my frigging tires arrive from USA.
