Such a sad day
I know this is far from our normal conversation. But on a day like this we can all share in the loss of so many innocent lives. Personally, it's a sad reminder of the pain one feels losing a child. My wife and I lost our daughter a little over two years ago. There is no pain greater then losing a child. The pain and sadness will be with these families for the rest of their lives. May God be with them.

I could not fathom what they're going through, my heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to all the families who have to suffer through these tough times.
May God help guide all who are affected, during this tragic event, all past loses, and all future ones as well.

Brien, sorry to hear about your loss. I have 4 kids and my youngest is in kindergarten. There are no words. All we can do is mourn with those in mourning. This guy is such a pathetic piece of garbage. Going after the most innocent and defenseless... There's a special place for him. I don't care what disorder he has.

This one hit close to home
Bunch of my friends affected too. My buddy's sister is a kindergarten teacher there. She took the day off to go Christmas shopping - her substitute was killed Would have been her had she not took the day off.
Another friend has a 7yr old there, he's OK.
The 27yo teacher that hid the kids and took the bullets - my father in law works with her dad
My best friend's wife applied to be principal there two years ago. Went through three interviews and lost it to the lady who was there and got killed.. She ended up working with the principal all last year on a mentor program. Crazy how things like that happen. Might have been her had she got the job. She's freakin out now.
My other friend is a teacher and had two of the students who got killed last year. She's a mess..
We were thinking of going to the vigil tomorrow. I guess Obama is showing up. I am afraid to go though because I hear those Westborough Baptist Church idiots are going to picket, and I don't know if I'll be able to hold back
Kid was crazy.
