Tough neighborhood. Looks like an off duty cop was stopped in traffic at just the right time. Funny...I didn't hear, "this is the police...put your hands up!"...LOL! I'll bet the cops don't do any of that TV crap in Brazil due to the crime rate. Those were some brazen dudes, and he got what he deserved. I wouldn't waste any tears on that scumbag.

TNC, the cop would've been shot if he said anything before shooting. I'm thankful I can live in a nice neighborhood, but still it can happen anywhere. We're going thru some tough time with violence because of impunity
