Stock exhaust .. crushed tab

Stock exhaust .. crushed tab
On the stock pipe towards the rear of the bike there is a chamber, (covered by the rear plastic piece), with 2 "tabs" sticking out. I am not sure what they do other than keep the plastic from touching the chamber. I've noticed the rear one appears to be pushed in and wanted to know if that is how it is supposed to be or if it is a result of the bike falling over.
Is there a pipe that can bolt on without having to take off the front header.. like just the back 1/2 of the exhaust? Is it any good?
Thanks

The only one currently available is the HMF exhaust, there are a few guys here that have it and really like it. It looks similar to a Muzzy and you can get it in any color as well as natural finish. It still requires rejetting though, and their website has a fully picture documented process of doing the rejet. http://www.hmfengineering.com/forums...ead.php?t=1617

Yep, the HMF is a good choice, at least in my not so humble at times opinion.
If you don't want to lay out the funds for that at this time, I do have a stock exhaust - drilled out that I will send to you for the cost of shipping.
Let me know if you're interested.
