I adjusted the preload on my rear shock yesterday to try to make it a little better. All that did was make the spring bottom out sooner. I'm saving up and getting some new springs.

I weigh 195 lbs and have been happy with the .44 fork springs

Check with Cogent Dynamics
They have .44 fork springs in stock and can have custom springs made for whatever weight you need.

Adjusting the spring pre-load (if you could) will not solve the problem.
Compressing the spring more does not change the spring rate.
If you have too much sag you need heavier springs.

How much is this going to set me back for a new set of heavier springs? I tried calling Moto-Pro the other afternoon several times and I kept getting the recorded message.
