Hey guy I got a 06 klx250 ( air filter exhaust & jetting mods already done ) w/ 2200 miles on it so far.

I'm looking for a 15t front sprocket. I want it to have the rubber built into it (to help protect the trans) like the stock sprocket does.

Do any of you know where I can get one or what other bike model will match up?

I have gone the opposite direction than most of you when it comes to my gear ratio. I'm going with taller gears. I already have a 40t alloy rear ( it was bought, by mistake, for my YZ450F,. I just machined the center hole to fit the KLX ) and that was my favorite mod yet. I don't think it slowed my excleration down at all.

The bike always pulls out 1st very quickly. I want to lower my rpms when riding about 75. Right now w/ the 40t rear I run 6000 rpms @ 65 mph. A huge help over the stock steel sprocket.
