Swapping out the rear spring is also really easy, maybe even easier than doing the fork springs. It might be bit more work (have to remove the rear wheel, etc.) but it's more simple work.
Probably the cheapest source for stiffer rear spring is from Ebay.
Do a search there for "DSP SHOCK SPRING KX125", it's direct fit and comes in all the most often needed rates, 5.8 6.0 6.2 and 6.4kg/mm for the really big boys.
