spark plug removel
If your still looking for a way to remove your spark plug try this, it did'nt work to bad. I used a 3/8 drive spark plug socket and a small breaker bar to bust it loose. then i used the socket, a swivel and a 3inch extension on a rachet the rest of the way.

Thanks a bunch!!
As a new owner of a KLX 250 that will be undergoing the jetting routine (in Thailand so I cannot use all of your jetting input as a final solution sadly) and pulling the plug a bunch, I'm wondering if there are other ways you guys have to speed up the removal process? The plug on this model seems a pain in the a__ to remove compared to other dirt bikes I have owned.
Thanks in advance.

With the IMS gas tank, I have to remove the tank in order to remove the plug it sits so close to the top of the engine. That's one of the reasons I opted to experiment with the O2 sensor instead of the more traditional plug chops and tea leaves.

Yeah, I was wondering about that when I saw the pic's. There doesn't appear to be any room there. I image I'll be wanting the extra fuel once I start running with that pumper in Spring. I suppose it's better just to wait and see if Clark actually decides to build one before making any move though.
