I also managed some of the best economy I've had yet on this ride 118kms from 5.33L (which is 52 mile/US Gallon). Mind you it was mostly dirt road riding with very little full throttle. In heavier going I have sometimes only gotten 40 mile/US Gallon.

What are you getting from the 300 kit? Are you enjoying it?
Just following up on this. Based on my last fill-up I got 63.5 miles per gallon. That was mostly roads, but did have a good portion of trail riding. And I have to say again, that I love what the 300 kit has done for me. It's very nice now. The more I get out on it, the better I like it. Just a blip of the throttle sends me airborne off small jumps with no run-up. A small tug on the bars and a throttle blip will bring up the front wheel. I did some log practice this weekend and a little blip at low speed raises the front over 16" logs no problem. Now I just need to perfect the rear wheel hop to go along with it. ;) My log crossings are effective, if not pretty. Well, mostly effective. I think I did an Incabiker and hurt some ribs - they're a bit tender on the left side now due to a small fall - not nearly as bad as Incabiker's so I'm not complaining. [:@] Gotta get the rear tire over more cleanly - also known as the "bunny hop".
