Default Someone with '09 service manual: sag setting?

Somebody with a 2009 factory service manual, can you tell me what the recommended range of sag (free sag and on-bike sag, whatever you call that) should be for the bike? It seems a bit too squishy for me (~190 lbs and shrinking).

Better to set the sag for your weight then trying to find a middle point.

Try this, or I am sure if you search setting your sag in the forum you will find something. clicky

Thanks for the link, neat information.

I've read that ~100mm is a good starting point; I was curious what the factory recommended per the suspension setup on the '09, since I know they changed the travel and geometry versus the older bikes. Setting it physically isn't a problem, busting loose the nut and turning, got some old hands in the family.
