There's one not far from your place. Mt Cooke. Took a ride out there a few months back, good stuff.

Great views from the top.

I think I rode those trails memorial day. I love the area and spend most of my time out there. Maybe I'll run into ya out there. I'll be the other guy on the Red KLX.

Any suggestions on gearing for that area? I'll be putting a 13 tooth on the front tonight, and plan on going with a 45 on the rear soon.

Yeah. . . . east of the Cascade Crest is quite dry. Here in Wenatchee, we can now ride to nearly ANY elevation and NOT hit snow, now. Still some mud holes up high, though! Whole different story on the west side of the Cascades. . . . .
