What chain guide is that. Freddette Racing? Also see you have full exhaust. Happen to remember your jetting specs and what intake mods your running. Can't quite seem to nail my jetting down.

Side panels are painted with krylon. I have to repaint them each year.
icprey, the chain guide is freddette racing. As far as jetting I am running a FCR carb. I think when I was at 250cc(which was a while ago), I was running a 132 main, 37 pilot, N1TC needle at 3rd clip, and no lid with the cvk.

2k1, your bike looks SICK!!! I love all the black.
anyway, I've got an FCR35 and am a week away from a 340 bore kit. . . Do you have any input on base jet setting for this combo? (The post above leads me to believe you've bored out your KLX)

Sorry no real input on the fcr. I still need to get mine fine tuned in and I am only at 300cc. To be honest I am not even really sure what jets and settings I have in it at the moment. I used to keep track of the adjustments I made but lost track at some time.
One tip of advice I can give you is, get good at taking the thing in and out because you will be doing a lot of it

Check out TT someone just adjusted in their fcr35 on a 330 ended up with a 58p 158m iirc
