Default Sloppy kickstand problem

I was doing some maintenance on my 09 (I'm the 2nd owner) and the kickstand has a lot of movement in it so I was investigating what was going on. Well there seems to be a washered bushing in the frame portion of the assembly that shims the bold diameter as well as the width of the kickstands forked end. The bushing is ruined and causing the movement. Problem is, there isn't a part number that I can figure out on that part. Does anyone else have this part on their bike? And help or advise would be appreciated. And I hope I described all that clear enough. Thanks --Matt

I have an '06, and I've never noticed a bushing in the kickstand bolt hole. I don't see one in the parts fiche for the '09 model either. Are you sure there is one?

10MM bolt with 12MM shoulder is what you need. Your plastic part was just a quick fix looks like to me. This came out of my 09.

That's pretty much what the '06 looks like too. I'm thinking someone lost the shouldered bolt and perhaps replaced it with that bushing setup.

I have the correct sized shouldered bolt and such but maybe it's worn down and that's where that bushing came in? Oh and the bushing is metal, not plastic. Thanks for the pics and input guys, hopefully I can measure up my hardwear and see what's causing the slop.

From day one mine had "slop". I think it's designed that way. It let's the angle of the bike be adjusted a bit while it's on the stand.
