Very nice photos. Use the timer and add a vanity shot or two. Any idea how many miles you traveled? As a noob I seem to be mostly limited by my butt's range than anything.

It only hurts for a little bit until it goes numb...

Klx's seat I think is designed for smaller riders. never experienced butt aches. My hand though feels numb and cramps after a while.

I rode the klx in CO for 12 days straight never got any pain. I rode a husaberg for 40 miles and my *** was killing me. The KLR and KLX are very comfortable. my butt is kinda conditioned from mountain biking though.

I'm so glad I found this post! I'm picking up a used KLX250S this weekend and was hoping to find some nice places like this near LA.

I rode about 150 miles. this is the general loop but with lots of detours for trails and stuff. This is the general map but without the detours and desert trails running alongside 138

I can drive and bring my bike. Count me in... Downside is I'm kind of new but I'm willing to learn. Had my fair share of falls . I think I can now keep up.
