RE: skid plate is in
Marty & jsac,
FYI, I just sent an email to Mike @ USC requesting that he give you guys some info on your orders. Since Marty lives in FL and jsac in PA, I am betting dollars to donuts that your plates just show up today unannounced ala YYYguy. Either way, I am hopeful that Mike will drop you a line to ease your understandably worried minds.
I am sure we will hear about it if either of those things don't happen. [:@]
Here's hopin'

Well bite my shorts!
Why is it that you get your KLX250 before me and now you get your skidplate before me.
It ain't fair I tell ya'!
So, is it all that you hoped for?

Oh yea! I got the extended version Wednesday night. Installed it Thursday in about 15 minutes. Great looking plate. I am sooo... glad I didn't pay the local fab shop 250 clams to build me a CRD look alike.

OK here are my install pics, and I know if everyone posted pictures of their skid plates there would be little in differences but I just had to. Oh and before anyone says anything I know my bike is filthy, I have been busy since I got home, and we are into the 3rd day without power at work, I am gonna have close to 40 hrs overtime, so the bike has taken a less important position in the daily activities.

OK this last picture will tell how crazy things have been around here the past few days. This is our file server, and since several people needed files off of them for presentations this week, I brought it home since I have power at my house, and saved them to a jump drive and then sent them on their way, that server is for a rack mount system, and it weighs almost 80 lbs, I think my chiropractor is gonna kill me for hauling it around. But It's all good.

And yes that's a leopard print seat, I have the same one in my bedroom for the laptop.

I asked Mike G. before I ordered if he could provide some pics, but he said they didn't have tefer's bike anymore, so the differences would be pretty hard to see. (I went with the standard version, so I'm just curious to see what I missed out on.)
BTW - I was hoping for a "CRD wannabe", too, but I'm really happy with the USC plate. What do you think?
Thanks!
