Alright, despite the crappy, no picture, instructions that come with the skid plate, I managed to get it installed. Man, you need to be a contortionist to get some of the nuts and bolts in place 
It wasn't till I was all done and took a step back to admire my work that I realized that the right-side engine guard will have to be removed everytime an oil filter change is necessary
Oh well, if anybody has found any clever ways around this, let me know.

I installed the TCI skid plate and engine guards today along with their rear rack. I found the installation very straight forward except tightening the 2 bolts that go into the engine mount. I ended up having to wiggle a 17mm wrench in from the opposite side to hold the nut. Having to remove the right guard to change is going to suck but oh well. The rear rack was easy to install but instead of using the crappy spacers that come with the rack I used some aluminum spacers that fit perfect into the fender holes and hold the rack just above the fender. I also think the rack should have been painted matte black like the engine guards instead of gloss black.
