I have different bars and grips on there now but........I just sanded out a small spot to fit the brake line.
These guards have definatley saved my hands and bars tons of times.

I have the cycra pro bend hand guards with triple clamp mounts, plenty room for levers and hands. very beefy triple clamp mount and super tough. Iam suprised more guys don't use these. with the triple clamp mount it clears all the brake master cyl and cables.

Since we're on the subject....does anyone have their smaller inserts that go into the bars from these acerbis guards? They come with two sizes, and you use the larger ones for the stock bars. I threw away my smaller ones (dummy) and now I need them since I got new renthal bars. Anyone know where to get some or willing to sell me theirs?

 

Hey Stellar I'll check to see if I have them, I think they are the same ones on both sets of hand guards on both of my bikes. I'll let you know tomorrow, its late and I'm beat.

I am still thinking of adding the stock blinkers back on the bike. I just think living another day wins over the cool factor, I don't know.[&:]

If deej doesn't have them, I do. They are sitting right here in front of me actually. I just added the extenders to mine as well. Although I couldn't get the acerbis extenders, the UFO ones worked (with a quick modification of course--just had to snip a bit off the tabs as the spacing was just a bit different)..I'll try and post a couple pics.

Just had to snip about 4mm off the inside edge of each outer tab to get them to fit into the acerbis slots..both were installed in less than 10 mins so it was not a big deal.

 

Mud are you talking about the little cylinder things that tighten up inside the bars? They hold the ends into the bars right?

 

I found them, if you want em. Two pieces per side. Address?

 

Hey Mud those green spoilers really set off the bike scheme, that looks awesome. Oh and I forgot who but the green and white combo front fender looks great too. You guys really know how to accessorize.
