I playing around with the idea of trading the KLX in on a used '06 0r '07 KLR650 AGAIN! Or possible another XR650L. I've bee getting that wondering bug that wants be to take long trips to strange stinkly lands (mainly out-of-state strip clubs with the occasional wilderness adventure if I can find my way out the chicks bush in the bar first of all) So what do you think, which bike? Farkle me dudes!

Here's a pic of mine the day I bought it. Only paid 3k for her. I've had itone quarteras long as the klx but I'veput twice as many miles on her in that time than the klx has total. Way fun bike for exploring and camping.

Not your average 'Elsie." For anyone who missed this chapter in history.
If you get the chance. Grab some Castrol R, a set of Swarbrick spannies and smother yourself in the chorus only a two stroke on the pipes can give...

I'm patiently waiting for the F800GS....The klx will then be a strictly street legal dirt *****.I will then have a long distance dual-sport that isn't scared of dirt.

RE: Should I or Shouldn't I?
Speaking of Honda's, I saw a small Honda Dual sport today. I believe it said CRF230L on it. Looked about 6" lower than the KLX and was air cooled. Could be pretty neat on the trails.

never farkle your wife, unless you enjoy sleeping on lumpy old couches, you can always defarkle your bike but females are a whole different story, and aftermarket pipes are chilly in bed.
