Default Should I or Shouldn't I?

I playing around with the idea of trading the KLX in on a used '06 0r '07 KLR650 AGAIN! Or possible another XR650L. I've bee getting that wondering bug that wants be to take long trips to strange stinkly lands (mainly out-of-state strip clubs with the occasional wilderness adventure if I can find my way out the chicks bush in the bar first of all) So what do you think, which bike? Farkle me dudes!

funny you should ask that as I was just looking at your private "KLX250" page with all your mods, and pics.
You've got a nice looking KLX there. Don't do something you'll regret like me when I sold mine. The KLR looks suited to your riding with its huge gas tank, (out in bumble**** nowhere it looks like). Maybe you can find a used '06 or '07 and keep the KLX for your tighter stuff. I think you'd miss it tbh.
It's up to you man, I always have liked the '06 or '07 KLR in the red/silver scheme, but only as an addition to other bikes. Ebay always has them dirt cheap.

I'd have to sell this toy before I could financially do it though! []

Isn't ONE BIG screen enough? But 3, dang, I don't have room for that setup. Its gotta be nice.

I would keep the KLX and just buy another motorcycle. I've gone through the same decision before. I too was looking on trading in the KLX for the KLR650. But the KLX250 is such a lightweight machine, I enjoy it too much. Banking through turns, tossing my weight, and just a blast to drive in town. Only down fall would be range (90-100 before RES) & top speed (75mph max, 60mph cruise). Being a little underpower is actually a benefit. Keeps me from wiping out on the trails.

Personaly I am trying to save for a Kawi Versys and keep the Klx. Versys is like the good old days when a bike could do a daily commute or go on tour or hit the twisties a good all rounder. But unless the lottery comes up I might have to dust off the old Yami RD350LC and scare myself silly. Heres hoping you can keep the Klx and get the other bike you want.
