Default Shorty Levers

Does anyone make shorty cluutchand front brake levers for the 09 yet?

Unless you want to pay $$$, cut off the ball end and slide a vacuum hose cap over the end of the lever. Works great and is a cheap fix.

Not a bad idea!! Although there is not much of a dogs leg on the stock ones.

I cut about an inch and a half off of both of mine and filed the edges off. Like it lots better

Msr raptor shorty clutch lever should work. It worked on my 06 and I have a kx 250 master cylinder with a short brake lever.

Zeta makes direct replacement (plug and play) short (3-finger) levers with a nice dogleg.
I used ASV's but had to do some mods to get them to work correctly, I have a set of Zeta's on my new WR250R and actually prefer the feel and look of the Zeta's over the ASV's.

Part #ZE42-3160 for the clutch and ZE41-3144 for the front brake.
Langston Racing and wheeling cycle supply carry this brand and I have had good luck ordering from both stores.

As far as I know the controls are the same on the 09 KLX as the 06/07 models.
