11 inches and 8 inches respectively.. I set the sag soley with the spring compresson nuts. I set my dampening on feel, based on how it rides/lands and I've been steadly tweeking both rebound and compression down to where they are now.
Thats why its seems confussing that he went the other way on the rebound adjustment which, IMO, would mean that the bike would be coming back up at him too fast (full force of spring and shock) for any jump much over 2 or 3 ft..

I found it easier to actually remove the shock from the bike, compress the spring and then tighten down the collars.
That also gave me a chance to lubricate all the spots on the rear suspension that were bone dry from the factory.
