the msr levers are actually weaker. this is so it bends and not breaks. i want them to make a lever for our bikes, i dont want the extra length personaly.

 

I posted the pattern to re straighten the stocker on a thread here (bent shift lever club) they seem to made of 2nd and third chance metal. I opted to run the stocker and pick up a spare just in case.

 

I just installed the MSR lever and its perfect! and it looks a lot better in my opinion. I should put a picture up here because no one that I've seen has put one up of the msr installed. I should keep a spare in my camelbak when I go riding though. Hopefully I'll have the picture up tomorrow. Thanks for all of the tips guys!
