I got up to 70 this past weekend for the first time. Man, the bike was all over the place (it was windy).

Be safe and keep the rubber side down.

With the d606 knobby front tire I get speed wobbles above 70 mph. The bars sort of wiggle. Spooky.

get your front and rear suspension adjusted for your weight...san francisco bay 101 freeway is probably windy as it gets and the professional sag adjustments hot made a huge difference...stable at 90+ mph....when pavement conditions are poor...with lot of deep cracks and lines on the road...it can get little wiggly...but, still able to cruise at about 70 mph...got a scotts steering damper installed yesterday just to keep it extra stable...

Handling and wind resistance are the limiting factors on top speed in my experience. Between those two items, you'll never get to red-line in 6th gear.

I usually ride 75 to 80 occassionally to keep up with traffic. Im thinkin my speedo is off. I've got my gearing at 15/39 right now to keep the engine revs down. 65mpg is about 6500 rpm.

If your asking about speeds with motor break-in.....Just run it like you stole it, it will be fine

Ive gotten mine to indicate 94mph. I frequently ride at 80 mph (indicated) for 5 to 7 miles on I-5 on the way to work. I weigh 186 pounds in my under-ware.

I switch to reserve at 90 miles on the odometer. I went 115 miles between fill-ups, once.
