Default Serive Manuals

Lookin to buy a service manual for my 2009 klx 250s for when I decided or need to take it apart and fix somthing. I've done some looking around and found one on the Kawa site. I think it was 65 bucks. My last bike was a 05 yz 250 and I had a Haynes manual for it. It was an excellent manual. Where is everyone getting there service manual from. It's easier to ask, trying to get a decent deal on everything now adays

Look up, just above your post there is a sticky with a link to a download of the '09 manual.

I bought one a month ago. The PDF is okay, but the paper book is far easier for me to use. I've been buying factory manuals for all of my vehicles for 40 years. Be thankful you don't have a Scion. Toyota wants $450 for the 3 volume service manual. It's the first time I've balked, but most 4 wheeler manuals are $150+.

$65 for a motorcycle factory service manual is cheap, relatively speaking.

I just got one last week off Ebay for $30 + mailing. Only took a week to get it. It looks like a photo copy of the Kawi original - but I'm happy with it.

The dealer I got my bike from gave me a pdf copy of the manual. Where I worked at the time I had access to one of those fancy office copier/printer/etc. For pennies a sheet I was able to two-sided print and three-hole punch it. At an office supply place I found covers for it. Golden. I don't know if a print shop will print it out or not.
