Selling the KLX
Love this bike but have to sell it to make room for another. KLX guys come and get it!!
Its a 2006 with 7K (mostly road miles) Has a Powercore 4 slip on and 130 main jet in the carb. Also put on a FXF front fender. Got a brand new chain and rear sprocket still in the box.

I live next to a Notary so I can do a title transfer quickly.

Not having time for off road adventures anymore I need a bike that is road worthy and I love the style and price of the ER6n.

Wow and I thought mine was clean. LOL Well I'm keeping my KLX forever, but I have been eyeing this bad boy. Its a 2000 1150GS with 60,000 miles. Calling tomorrow to secure financing.

I'm definitely a believer in the 2-bike system if you're really serious about differing ride requirements. If affordable I think the KLX paired with one of those 650 parallel twins is about a perfect match. Road touring and big trips require stuff like a big BMW, Goldwing, and other such behemoths, but I'm pretty much through with road hogs at this point.

- 2008 or later Honda CRF450X - seem the best "out the box" bike's going around at the moment. Once you replace the valave with stainless steel ones they are pretty solid.
- 2007 or later KTM 525 or the newer 530 - good handling, and tons of low down torque so you don't have to rev them (so you protect the valves)
- KLX450R - coz I have a soft fpot for the Kawa's. KLX450R seems to be a jekyl & Hyde bike tho with some saying it's softer and better suited to novice and clubamn riders, while others say it is a pure competition machine coz of it's KX heritage *shrug*
Interesting that a lot of guys on here move from the KLX250 to adventure bikes or the bigger bore dual sport bikes. Can't help but wonder what I have missed.
