You guys might want to check out these blinkers - they are DOT approved and thus still very bright, but I'm pretty sure they won't stick out as much as the KLX stockers.

I've got these on my KTM and they work good. I shortened them up about an inch or so by removing the rubbery portion and JB-Welding the brass mounting bolt into the plastic housing. This was not so much because the stuck out too far, but rather to clear my exhaust exit. My Akrapovic pipe loves to melt turn signals.

I've been down with these several times and they've held up fine so far. Note that they are sold singly so if you need to replace one, you can buy just one and don't have to buy a pair.

Those look virtually identical to my Baja Designs turn signals on my dual sport kit. They sell them as a pair for about $35.00 and you can buy just the stalk for about $7.00. I've had to buy the stalks a few times. Surprisingly, I haven't broke a lens yet.

They may very well be. The tail light Sicass sells is the same one Baja Designs sells too. They both probably get their stuff from the same shop in China.

They're plastic and in the exhaust flow. That one in the photo is fine, just a little stained on the edge. My stock signal lights and one pair of other smaller led based signal lights melted pretty good. This time around, I made a deflector to deflect the exhaust flow down and miss the blinker. It's not shown in the photo above, but you can see it a little in the 2nd photo I posted above. So far so good.

I don't get you deej, how can you stand having such a clean bike?

I cherish every single permanent battle scar I get. Every bend mark on my rad shrouds, every bit of missing graphics, every tear in my number plates, and ever knick in my paint, tells a freaking story.

I hate that "new bike" feeling.

You haven't broken your bike in till your number plates are brown and torn to shreds!

Yea about that.....I'll take it under advisement........................NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!: D There is nothing wrong with taking care of what you got. I have almost 7,000 miles on my bike and I've been everywhere. I've had a blast riding every mile. I've never been the sort to take what I have for granted. But I am cautious because I don't' have the money to fix broken stuff. I don't mind you guys making fun of my clean bike, I actually take that as a compliment, besides I still owe a lot of money on both bikes and I'm not going to have something broke sitting in my garage and still having to pay for it. Oh and for the record, I love that new bike feeling, that's why we buy new cars, bikes and that's also why people don't' stay with the same person very often. OK I don't know where this is going, I'm jacking my own post.[8D][8D][8D]
