I took mine for a ride today. First ride in a while, it was all the way up to 40*F Seat Comfy! I went again this afternoon for about 30 miles Still comfy. I think I will finally need gas before my butt gets sore. A true improvement to the bike for me.

+1. Will the width be an issue when standing, especially when going slow, rockcrawling downhills?
No off road for me, (except the sidewalk) so it will never be a problem. Bike does seem a little taller, but still no problem. As good of an improvement as the TM36-68 carb maybe better. Time will tell. Looks nice on the bike too.

I have pics of it installed if you want to see. Just ask.

I see on the Seat Concepts site that this seat cover has vinyl rather than gripper on the sides. How is that, better or worse than the stock '09 seat which is all gripper?

I can't tell the difference on that part yet. I just felt it with my hands, its grippy on top and slippy on the sides.

Its a carbon fiber look on the side which I like on the black bike.

Nothing left to do to the bike..... I took the pellican case off the back because I have problems getting my leg over it. I am now building an aluminum rack.

Default I'll take the old foam

Do any of you want to sell the old foam from your seat?

My wife's 09 sf has had the foam trimmed for height but I need to get it back to stock so if any of you want to get rid of that old foam I'd love to take it off your hands.

Thanks.
