Just a heads up - even though the scotts kit is advertised as a bolt on for the 09 klx250s you need to check out:

There is some interference from the top triple clamp that needs to be addressed before it all works correctly. Nothing earth shattering. Once done its all good......

In a word - Yes.
There is a reason why there are quite afew makers of steering stabilizers for bikes/atvs.
Rain grooves, train tracks, high speed wobbles, rocks & tree roots, anything that can jar your hands/wrists when riding are made to be less of a problem.
