Default Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

All I can say is wow, they have just earned a lifetime customer now. I placed my order late last night for a bunch of bike parts and accessories. This morning I get an e-mail from them titled problem with your order. I figure oh crap something is on backorder even though it said it was in stock........not the case, here's the e-mail:

Dear Joshua Bryant,

Thank you for your recent order. However I wanted to make you aware of some notes on the following item.
MSR Pro-Raptor Clutch Lever Assembly, Shorty Black- Will not fit any machine with a hot start for those machines use the Hot-Start assembly.
If you would like to make any changes to your order please contact us by email or call during our business hours at 1-800-336-5437 before 2:00 pm MST Feb. 19th. If we have not heard back from you at this time we will go ahead and ship out your order so we do not delay your shipping time.
If you have any questions, please email me.

Thank You,
Nicole

For as long as I have been ordering stuff online, be it electronics, RC parts, or bike/atv parts I've never had a company contact me on a Saturday morning about "possible" issues with something I've ordered. I will definitely be going back to them for any future parts........unless of course they don't carry it.

FYI,
A good reference guide for handlebar choices is the "free" catalog from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. It has size charts for all the bars that they list. Thier catalog hotline is 1 800 481-6724.

That from a previous post. I buy all my stuff from them, as long as they have it. One thing I havn't found through them is those folding mirrors. Where is the best source?

Yep I got my Joe Rocket street gear there, good prices and quick delivery. Although the site is a bit hard to navigate if you want to search for something as they use google search or something. I didn't care too much for that.

You will get a catalog with your order or soon thereafter. I have ordered several things from them and never had a problem. In fact I just got my new 520/108 chain from them delivered friday.

Same here, UPS destroyed my order, I posted it elsewhere but the box was so badly damaged that they lost all the contents. RM called me asked howI wanted to handle it. They replaced my order and shipped it 3 day select instead of standard ground at no extra charge. They are the only company that I've ever had a real ENGLISH SPEAKING person on the other end when it came to customer service! 2 thumbs up from me!
