Default Risers.

I'm still using my stock bars and I would like to raise them 3/4in or so. Where would I get such a thing? I'm 6'1" and I would like to make standing up more comfortable. Thanks in advance.

Ryan.

Something like this ought to work:

E-Bay Link

If in doubt, maybe e-mail them and ask about the bolt pattern and make sure they fit.

tag, renthal, tusk all make risers, they are pretty universal.i have tag big bar risers on mine which give about 3/4" rise.and you get to use 1 1/8" bars.all cables reach fine also.rocky mountain or dennis kirk or any place that sells bars should sell them.although i got mine off ebay for $20.

I bought a pair of these on e-bay. Same seller and all. Super quick shipping, easy install, they even included some interesting newsletters about dualsporting products and ideas. I bought the ones that were made to fit the KLR250 and Sherpa. Bid with confidence.

I would save the cash on risers and ditch those stock bars...
For a little more cash, you can get some nice high Renthal aluminum bars, that won't bend the first time you drop your bike.
But if you go too high you can have troubles with cable lengths etc, so watchout for that.
The Renthals I bought add at least an inch to the bar height, maybe more. It was a stretch for some of my cables.

Thanks. I'm going with the e-bay link. New bars and bigger grips would be nice though. For now I'm penny pinching, just ordered a new tire for the front, a perelli MT21, and a 13t sprocket. I love this bike.
