Update. Dr visit today. I'm all healed as far as the bone-doc is concerned and can do whatever I want..."provided you wear a helmet."

Congratulations!!!!
You just gave me hope. Therapist came. She showed me some exercises to do in bed before standing and using the walker and some moves while standing to help with the pain which I find helpful.

So... does that mean that there still may be a "near Moab" experience in the works for 2013???
