yeah the klx is a great bike. i have found that riding my 300R i have gotten way better. it gives you alot of confidence. i will almost do anything on it. if any of you have heard of slaughter house in taylor park colorado. the first time i was riding a XR100 the last time (most recently) i was on my klx and i smoked that trail up and down. and when you ride this trail you know what i mean. [:-]. glad to hear you had a good time.

14 miles north of Okeechobee on 441 just past the flashing yellow light intersection and the MacArthur Dairy, kick a left (west) go to end 3-5 miles then follow curve to the north about3 miles kick aleft on the dirt road with the off road riding vehicles rules......follow to end, about 1-2 miles.......park and go cause trouble. Send me a pm if ya need additional info or a riding partner, hint. Sully, come south a little.

Yeah it's funny DS, but it doesn't bother me I've only been riding a few months now and I've been working on geting better in my sand pit. But I'm way better than I was just couple months ago...... and you're right they would never have invited me again if I wasn't marginal .......... Apparently I made the cut. lol. And I want to add, these guys go 4 to 5 times faster than anything I saw at the recent klx tour.
Funny part is Mike says he knows how to surf...lol.....I'm thinking of dunking himoff my flats boat on a sweet N. Swell at Reef Road......would that be wrong as long as I rescue him.

I just spotted this thread. Sounds like you had ablast last weekend! I can't make it Sunday, I have Superbowl plans. Keep me posted for future weekends.
