Man Finger sounds like everyone on the board went out riding this weekend. Glad you had fun, it would be nice to have a riding buddy around these parts to fart around with........ To bad you couldn't get pictures but sometimes that requires too much work and takes away from the fun of it all.

Sounds like you had a blast, but yeah, you will probably feel it tomorrow....[:@]
It's funny, but somehow the feel of the ride seems to ALWAYS overcome the pain and we can't wait to get out there again!!!!
Sounds like your friends are serious adrenaline junkies... Glad to hear the KLX kept up on the tight stuff. Everyone I have let ride it comments on how friggen nimble it is.
(YA THINK!?!?!?!!?)

They say the best way to become a better rider is to ride with better riders. Do that every weekend and you'll be riding as fast as them and won't give it a 2nd thought.

Yeah, I definitely don't go that fast myself. Not that I wouldn't mind speeding it up a bit, but I'm by myself on 95% of my rides and it'd be real easy to take a hard fall riding like that and if you were seriously injured with no one around to help out, one could be there a while until help arrives. So in my case, I take it easy and don't generally ride beyond my abilities. Besides, I generally prefer slower technical riding, logs, tight trails, bush whacking, etc, than WOT. But I would like to wind it out and take some risks every now and then, but I have a busted collar bone to remind me to take it easy, especially when I'm riding alone.

Keep riding with them and you will get better, last year my son and i went with six of my friends on a riding holiday,
one of the guy's have some land up in 100 mile house in BC ,endless trails from silky smooth new gravel road
to very technical single track ( not my favorite kind of riding ) some of this there was no trail ,it was look for
the next yellow robin and try and get their, Lot's of slow fall's for me my feet didn't touch the ground when we stopped,
but after three day's and 230 miles i came out of there riding trails i never would have imagined.
We always said what doesnt kill you makes you stronger, and that's always stuck with me.
