Awesome.... I wish we had mud all year round...

Where are you (location) in the pics? sorry if I missed the location, I checked your profile too and did not see it...

That photo of the fissure (or made made chasm) is really cool. Looks like a great ride. Thanks!

Wow, not only for an awesome ride report with pictures, but your thread sounds exactly like mine from 2 weeks ago. My cousin and I too sort of lost touch for 25 years, and have just now discovered all the things that made us best friends when we were young. I can't remember if you read mine but here it is. Thanks for sharing man. This was top notch.

P.S. your cousin looks like Larry the Cable Guy. And I mean that as a compliment. "Git-R-Done"

My cousin and I also felt like we were 14 again. We laughed so hard I think it was the equivalent of 500 sit-ups.....if I ever did a sit-up Yea we both turned 45 that week, it was like we were never apart all of those years. I'm glad we both didn't change.......well my waste line did but that's it.

Deej - I always thought he looked like a white Damon Wayons (Major Payne, In living color, etc). But now that you mention it, he does kind of look like Mr. Git'R'Done!

Slapdrum, mud is fun but it seems that we've had it all riding season. It kind of get's old! Every two or three minutes you have to decide whether to go through a major mud hole or try and navigate through the woods around it. Sometimes you want to just ride and enjoy the scenery rather than worry about getting through the trail. Even if you do make it through, you still have to come back! My KLX DOES NOT LIKE WATER. I have to do that carb breather mod... no more excuses. When my cousin's XR was in water up to the carb, it was still idling like it was parked at wal-mart.

BTW, I live in Southern Maine. Just south of Portland.
