Ride height.. Has my bike been lowered? Measurement please?

119.5 is stock for 2009+, which is where the difference in travel between generations of KLX comes from, I'm guessing. If you have an '06-'07 it's been lowered.
And I believe the forks are supposed to stick up 3mm above the triples, so at least the front was lowered.

For what it's worth, I have a '14 which is identical to the '09. I have stock dog bones...the 119.5 I believe. I run my forks raised 10mm in the triple clamps for better turning and have not experienced head shake. I do have stiffer springs fore and aft however.

Damn it. Seriously?!?!?! Who makes an affordable aftermarket, and how big of a pain in the *** is it to change? I can't believe 200# is too much for it. Must be built for kids. My buddy that just bought the same bike is really out of luck. He's 260! I just looked at the Race Tech site. No idea which one I would need. I see them for sale on ebay a lot. Should I just assume that I need the most expensive one, since that is Murphy's law, and I would guess that the heavier the rider, the more expensive the spring?

I weight 175 and do no jumps, and ride at novice speed (compared to a pro) and use the stock spring. It is tightened up at the min recommended sag. I use stock rear shock and had my forks redone by a pro, racetech or the other service, I can't remember. You'll probably want to do the forks too! the bike is sprung for a 125# fast rider, it has the softest suspension I have ever had on any bike, IMO.
If you plan on just trail riding, no jumps, no high speed woops or dips.. stock may be ok.
If your a fast rider and into jumps, you need get info from them, cause I don't know.
