Replacement Rotors
Long time no see everybody!
I've been searching for the last half hour and nobody has 100% asked or answered this question so here it goes:
My front rotor on my 09 is toast, 'cause I use too much front brake I need an exact bolt-on replacement rotor.
Are KLX-300 2007 rotors an exact bolt-on for the front? I know the rear is different (I don't need a rear b/c I hardly use it LOL)
I don't want hot-rod, I don't want some racer-rick EBC unobtanium rotor. I want a steel replacement, no-name Rocky Mountain replacement rotor. Will a rotor for a 2007 KLX-300 bolt on, without machining or countersinking the holes?

YES.
I have a 2010 model and got a KLX300 disc for my spare front wheel and it's perfect. As you said, the rear is different between the models though - the 2010 rear rotor is 10mm bigger.
