I got a chance to take a quick ride using my new bars this evening when I was testing out my speedometer adjustment. The new bars ... muuuuuch better feel, sitting and standing. They give me a much more comfortable riding position. Two thumbs up for "Raptor Bend".
I realize this is an old post and you don't even have your KLX now, but how much height did the "Raptor Bend"add over thestock bars? I'm 5'11" tall, and feel the stock bars on my '09 hang too low (especially when standing up). Is the Raptor Bend also wider than stock? Thanks!

Thanks for the advice and photo's. I just put some Renthal Twinwall CR Hick Bend bars and thought everything was fine with the original routing. Glad I decided to take a test ride though as the first left turn I did I suddenly lost power and almost fell. Figured out it was coz the clutch was being pulled in. I have just re-routed it like you did and it seems to have solved the problem.

Certainly easier than ordering a new custom cable and refilling it.

When you need new cables you can order them 2 inches longer. I hate it when your clutch engages on a full lock turn.

From where, and at what cost? If they are much more expensive than the stock ones it's not worth it IMO. But if they aren't too different then I'm interested.
