Removing bolt below the exhaust?
I was looking at my bike last night and noticed a bolt below the exhaust. Just out of curiosity I took it out and started the bike up. Sure enough exhaust comes out the screw hole, the bike was a little louder. I have not rode it this way yet, have to repair a flat tire from my recent mountain ride. I am wondering if anyone has tried this and if the carbwould need re jetted due to the increased air flow.

RE: Removing bolt below the exhaust?
Good question, but I'd keep it plugged. There are a some of pics of several members who cut opened there stock mufflers, if you can find them on here they might explain what it's for.
