Guy on a bike died in traffic here yesterday..no details given.

Come on guys, he wasn't going fast he was just riding, is he supposed to come to a stop at every 4 way intersection to make sure no one will side swipe him? He'll get hit from behind if he randomly slows down like that

 

It's really difficult to judge speed etc on GoPro footage. Some of them seem to be very fish-eyed.
This must have some lens distortion, still beyond crazy though :



Whenever I have filmed my own efforts tha opposite seems to happen, I think I'm riding like a hero and it looks pedestrian on video

 

I had a bit of a experience this morning with another road user.
Actually had my gopro with me which isn't very often and so happened to capture it all.
Do you guys record you commutes everyday ?
After this morning I may take it a bit more seriously and record most of my commutes.
Can be very frustrating putting up with some of these idiots..

Lets just say i pulled up next to someone and had a 'quiet word' with the guy...
Ill give a bit more of a background with the link...

 

At the opening of the video you will see that i have stopped at the red lights.
In the mean time waiting for the lights to turn green, i performed a few checks and could see that there was nobody in my lane behind me.
On green i set off and this happened... the excuse for the guys actions was that 'i cut him off'

After asking him how i cut him off, he could not confirm how...
He even had the nerve to flip me off!!

These clips are all from today, am i doing something wrong or are other roads users just tw@t's?

Man, you've got cars coming and going in all different directions there. That one section where they were all parked on one side of the street but facing different directions. A cop would have a field day with that here. BTW, did you call that guy a ******?

 

Think i may of called him a few names .

Not to blow my own horn but its a shame the engine drowns out the sound of my voice would be interesting to hear what i said.
He definitely got a mouthful from me anyway.

I'm going to look into mounting the camera in a better place, where it will have a better field of vision.
I do like where you have mounted yours.
