Default REBUILT 300R

Just got my bike back from the dealer, they found that the piston to cylinder clearance at .006 which is way too much.My bike is a 2007.they changed the piston cylinder and the head.the problem in the begining, was hard to start, back firing.the also jetted the carb, they went one size up on the pilot and shimmed the needle.i'm currently running a Pro circuit T-4 silencer and a Uni filter. My bike runs way smoother and quieter, and since the carb is jetted right, feels like the bike has more power.

Cool! I'm glad she's running better. If you ever want to tweek the needle further, I recommend getting the non-california (N1TC) adjustable needle. That way you are not playing with shims if you want to try goingleaner or richer...just move the clip up or down.
