Rear spring- DYI?
#12
alright guise, i just replaced my front springs yesterday and my rear today and i cant believe i have been riding this long on those soft stockers! i weigh 220lbs so after speaking with jon from motopro i went for the .46 front and the 6.2 rear. i barely ride offroad but ride stairs and curbs- kinda urban offroading/hooliganism. i also ride lots of switchbacks in a local reservation and always thought the front was washing out. i can say that these springs are the single best upgrade i have done to my klx so far!
install, with the help of some threads on this forum, was especially simple- 30minutes for the front and an hour for the rear! thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my questions- you are awesome!
ride hard-ride safe!

yeah, just remember not to release the magic gas from the schraeder valve...
All you hear is a quick "pffft" and it's all over...
Been there done that. It cost me some dough to get it refilled with nitrogen.
