thanks dude, I never saw that post. that's very informative- kudos to them. I still do not know what the little rubber disc is between the front spokes and rotor- anyone wanna give ita shot? I wanna remove it but I don't know if it serves a purpose.

cant wait to see who the first one is with an 09to do a rear fender mod, that thing hangs low like the the stock 06 and 07 but we had an easy fix with the acerbis tailight and or maier rear fender. cmon, whos gonna be the genius to get it right first. tick tock tick tock. 1st one to do it gets all the credit, everyone knows that.

there's a nice line in the plastic that goes around the taillight and leads to a flat place directly below the light to mount up the plate. When I find a dremel or some other idea on how to cut it nicely I'll do it. Until then, it's still in the friggin 30's at night and I don't feel like going out and messing with it freezing my nards off.
