I don't seem to be having any lag, I mean when I click on a thread it takes 4 seconds to load, but then after that its faster. Don't give up, there has to be a reason. Someone mentioned clearing out your cache and cookies, make sure to delete offline content as well. Other than that try using Firefox and see if that helps. The reason I don't use Firefox for the kawi forum, is because I use Firefox for the radio station( 107.7 The Bone) that way when I click on a link it doesn't try to open it in Firefox and screw up my radio stream.

Ok i tried this morning and its better than it was....not great but i can live with it
if that was you deej thanks old pal i would have missed this place.

Seriously, give google accelerator a try. If it doesn't work out, just uninstall it. I had the same problems, and it drove me crazy. Google accelerator took care of KF in a big way.
