There is a search feature on this site that you can use and even narrow it down in each section. Now that being said, welcome to the forums, there are several exhausts that will fit our bikes. The Big Gun, the Muzzy, and several others. I have the Muzzy and love it, when ordering one ask for the KLX 300 version.

E-bay is your best bet, a full 300 setup can be had for under $100 shipped. I got mine for $50.

I got my 300 muffler for $3.25. Yep, $3.25 can't beat that in terms of yucks/buck.

I wouldn't worry too much about having a spare stock exhaust, since drilling out the 1st baffle doesn't make a dramatic change in the noise level, and since it's downstream from the catalytic converter, there's no change to the emmissions. There's a 2nd baffle farther in, so even the spark arrestor is still functional (at least partially).

I do...........but its not for sale. Just keep an eye out on e-bay, they pop up every couple weeks or so and generally end for low prices. I was the only bidder on the one I picked up.

Hi doitinthewoods,
I just bought one from a guy over at Thumper Talk for $50.00, includes header andmuffler but no heat shield. It is myunderstanding that the 250 & 300 use the same shield.Good luck and if I hear of another I will let you know.
