Nope, that silicone comment was serious, my 06 klx gets it and I live in Florida and have actually dunked her in saltwater...no rust yet.

It dries not sticky, just like fgk said, old diver trick.

On friday I got the Tank,Sidestand and the Rear Luggage Rack re-painted at our workshop.. And with a small brush, I touched up the foot pegs, handlebars and everything else that was showing signs of rust..

Here are some pics of the Tank,Sidestand and Rack for you'll.

Lol.. Yeah what I figured is, that the kickstand might not fit in with the condition of the rest of the bike... Thats why I painted it.. I'm aiming for a MINT Condition Bike lol

Savage the first few times you use your boot that paint on the kickstand is gonna rub off......if you want to keep that MINT look that kickstand needs a ceramic coating

Savage rides in flip flops FM, no worries on the kickstand paint. LOL Paint it black and maybe you wont see the scratches. Might look good black too.

Hey guys! I assembled my bike 2 sundays ago and took it home..
The only ride I did was from our workshop to our house which is exactly 10kms.. And since then I didnt even start it.. I didnt actually have time, been with the family alot, got a tattoo done which took 3 days.. Etc..

The power after the Twin Air Filter and Jets is great! On a road stretch which I usually can do 102kms maximum now I can do 115kmph

My Jetting Now is 124 Dynojet Main (which is equilent to a 131.5 Kawi Jet)
and a 38 Kawasaki Pilot Jet.

Really cant wait to ride it soon!

Await pics! Sorry for the delay!
