Default Ran into some difficulty

well I went to replace my bent clutch lever the other day and realized I have no idea how to take the tension off the cable,anybody know how?

there is an adjuster at the perch where the lever mounts. Unscrew the lock nut and screw the adjuster in to release the tension on the cable.

All you do is line up the grooves on the adjuster to the perch. Then pull in the clutch, grab the cable and pull forward away from perch,then quickly release clutch lever. It will pop right out of the adjuster. To put back on put cable end in lever first, stretch cable over the big adjuster nut,hold in place,pull in lever,then release quickly. it pops back in.
