use a hot knife to smooth out the plastic... it'll probably work better then the fine grit wheel...

I got my Renthals today, so now I have

- Renthal High Bars
- Acerbis Rally Pros

I'll post pics of how they go together. Just a not to those who have handgaurd issues, Acerbis has pivot mounting bracket, or a mounting extender you can use. Im going to try without them frist.

Well I finally got around to mounting my plates this weekend so here is the new mounting location. I have been doing these for quite some time in TX and have not been pulled over yet but that does not mean it's legal. I also finally mounted my new Acerbis front fender.

I like the front of the bike but the back still looks like someone took a chainsaw to it. Is the plate lighted? Think you need to work your creative magic on the rear as you did in the front!

The plan is to get a new brake light like the on that is used on the d-tracker. I have found this one, but it's a bit pricey.

They may be pricey but they work well and they have a light for the plate.

I like the signals, but am not sure why you changed the front fender. To each his own though.

Front looks awesome .. I presume that's an Acerbis shroud over the headlight?
