Cool, thanks for the info...I will try going to the 128 and re adjust my air mixture and see if that helps. From there I will look at the neddle jet position.

Proper carburetor performance is dependent on intake velocity. The design goal is a laminar flow with a velocity as high as possible. The factories have done the best they can to achieve this given the restraints of air box size, intake length, and other parameters.

With changes are made to the intake tract such as snorkel, air box lid, etc., more often than not the intake velocity is reduced and turbulence is introduced.

With these conditions, jetting is a crap shoot. You have to try to jet to the turbulence which is not constant at varying throttle positions.

BTW, I am running a 120 main in a 351.
